Southern California to Sanibel Island, Florida
In March of 2021 we took our first cross country RV trip from Southern California to Sanibel Island, Florida. This trip was 2 1/2 weeks long. We stayed on Sanibel for 5 nights and in Carrabelle (the forgotten coast) for 3 nights. We drove to Florida and back in record time. Since that trip, we have stopped driving more than 7 hours in one day. It depends on your route and where you can stop overnight.
