VAN HORN RV PARK - VAN HORN TEXAS
Campground Information & Campsite Photos– We have stayed at the Van Horn RV Park twice on our way to Florida from Southern California. It’s a good distance for our 2nd stop, first stop being Tucson. Check out the map and information below.
The Van Horn RV park is 437 miles from Tucson which made it a good distance for the second leg of our two RV trips from Southern California to Florida. It is a Good Sam Campground. The RV Park is conveniently located near the freeway, close to gas stations, easy to check in and stay a night, stretch your legs, do a load of laundry, take a shower, call it a day. Both times we stayed here we didn’t venture off, just walked the park and relaxed before the next leg of our trip.
Check out the campsite photos and information below. If you’ve camped here and would like to share some photos and your rating of this park, please send to – TheCampsiteCompany@gmail.com
We ate at “Penny’s Cafe” for dinner on one of our stays. This is an on-site cafe. We had the Patty Melt and fries. It was good. They even delivered it to our RV spot. They serve Breakfast and Dinner.
There are some cute old buildings near the back of the campground.
