Just east of Tampa, driving on Interstate 4 you could see the Airstream Ranch! A bunch of Airstream Trailers stuck in the dirt looking like they fell from the sky. A man named Frank Bates created this work of art which is similar to the famous Cadillac Ranch. But .. soon after some neighbors complained and the county said it wasn’t art .. and they were going to fine him $100 a day. He won that battle, so the Airstream Trailers can stay put!
They look pretty small from up here!

And this next video is just funny. While doing my Airstream Ranch research, I read that Frank Bates owns some RV dealerships and dresses up as a Cow for the commercials and you can save some Moo-la! I really don’t know if this is him under the cow costume or not??!!
If I lived in Tampa and needed an RV … this is the place I would go! ha ha and of course, I would visit the Airstream Ranch!
